Seeking an organized individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Candidate will report to Purchasing Manager and must have a minimum of five years of experience in Construction. Responsibilities include negotiating buyouts, processing purchase orders, maintaining communication with vendors and subcontractors, supporting field and estimating department with material needs and providing submittals. Candidate should be familiar with estimating, the bid process and computerized purchasing systems such as SmartBid.net and Primavera.
