Work included repair of leaks at drum rings and air ducts in the north and south tubes. Work included replacement of existing lead at leaking seals at tunnel rings, grouting active leaks with chemical grout and inactive leaks with an epoxy resin.  All work was performed in accordance with guidelines established for confined space areas.

Provided excavation of contaminated soil and stockpiling of soil in a treatment area and replaced with clean fill.  Installation of gravity drains, soil replacement, 600 lf of underground piping and conduit, 400 lf of fencing, 2 manholes, and  aboveground soil pile (soil vapor extraction) at 5.5 acre industrial site to control trichloroethylene. Level C & D protection was used as required.
