Apr 08, 2013

RCC Builders & Developers, Inc. is in the early stages of completing a 40,000 square foot renovation of Terminal B which includes modernization of the lost baggage storage offices, equipment storage, relocated concessions, signage, way finding and visual paging program. Floor, wall, ceiling finishes, mechanical, electrical, fire protection and plumbing will also undergo significant upgrades.

This work will be accomplished in multiple phases so as to have minimal impact on the normal operations of this very active area of the airport.  Construction started this past spring and is anticipated to be completed by late summer, 2013. This project will include LEED sustainability principals, including but not limited to source reduction and salvage opportunities for full utilization of a primary source of waste reduction.
