Seeking Project Manager for the Civil Division.  Candidates should have 10 plus years of experience in heavy highway, bridge and site work in the NYC Metropolitan Region.  We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage public and private work and who is able to effectively manage subcontractors and vendors.  Candidates must be able to handle/process paperwork and oversee all aspects of the job including labor, cost and scheduling.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to be able to communicate to the clients, labor force, subcontractors, material suppliers and to senior management.  Experience with Primavera project management software including scheduling is preferred.

Seeking a motivated, qualified individual with excellent communication skills.  Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in track estimating and must be able to generate thorough and accurate take-offs.  Previous track related field or supervisory experience a plus.  Must be able to read and evaluate plans and specifications and must have knowledge of bid document management.  Projects to include both public and private work.  Candidates should have a good understanding and knowledge of FRA track standards as well as freight, passenger and transit railroads.  Experience with appropriate software such as HCSS and excel to assemble construction quantities and costs is preferred.
